For our key clients, we set up dedicated Design Studios/Innovation Labs where the best and the brightest minds at KritiKal (and often in the business) are brought together within our innovation ecosystem to create cutting edge products and solutions in rapid time. The studios/labs draw energy and big “R” expertise from relevant parallel and suitably interlinked (or co-located) studios or labs at Universities, which are typically under the direct supervision and control of Professors who are part of KritiKal’s broader innovation ecosystem. The studios/labs are equipped with audio/video conferencing facilities and support 24×7 operations to enable optimal interactions across various geographies and time zones. They are also equipped with appropriate communication and collaboration tools for work and knowledge management.

Foundation for Innovation & Technology Transfer
KritiKal is a corporate member of Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer (FITT). FITT is the industry interface organization of IIT Delhi and is involved in running the Technology Business Incubation program in IIT Delhi. It has been devising innovative ways to create partnerships and linkages between businesses and communities to enable knowledge transfer for common good. It has been instrumental in helping several companies start from within the IIT campus, including KritiKal.
Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi
IIT Delhi is our alma mater and our association with them is strengthened through continuous collaboration with their faculty members and students. We regularly invite their faculty members to act as technology advisers for us in key ongoing projects. Our project leaders take technical sessions in the institute to share real-world case studies, industry best practices, and domain-specific insights.
Department of Scientific and Industrial Research
KritiKal Solutions Private Limited has received recognition for its in-house Research & Development facility from the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR) which is under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. This accreditation reinforces KSPL’s excellent track record of research work in the fields of Embedded and Vision Technologies. The R&D centre currently focuses on designing products in the areas of Transportation, Banking, Networks, andTelecom through proprietary technology platforms.
Toradex Systems
KritiKal and Toradex come together in a partnership that leverages their joint strengths in Embedded Vision and Embedded Computing respectively. Toradex is a global company headquartered in Switzerland, with multiple offices in India. It is focused on offerings to make high-reliable embedded computing easy. Toradex offers Arm®-based System on Modules (SoMs) and customized SBCs. Powered by NXP® i.MX 6, i.MX 7, i.MX 8 and Vybrid; and NVIDIA® Tegra 2, 3 and TK1 SoCs, these pin-compatible SoMs offer scalability and come with free premium support, long-term product availability, and industrial-grade software such as Torizon. Toradex serves innovative products creating feature-rich and intelligent systems for demanding applications, e.g. supercars, self-driving tractors, patient monitoring systems – to name a few.

KritiKal Solutions has partnered with BangDesign to develop user-friendly products, featuring intuitive industrial designs, advanced functionalities and flawless calibration between innovation and desirable aesthetics. The innovative partner showcases expertise in the design and development of digital and embedded products, UI/UX, web and mobile development, digital marketing, branding, consulting, and comprehensive manufacturability. Together, we are assisting businesses realize novel ideas through disruptive product conceptualization, prototype development, design studio and refinement, and end-to-end support.
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII)
KritiKal is an official member of The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), a non-governmental business and industry organisation, and advocacy group established in 1895. It enables access to a world of B2B opportunities, from group webinars and networking with the corporate majors of Indian and global industry to assisting in framing economic and industrial policies, through close linkage with the Government. Apart from services such as tracking of legal advisories, and knowledge centres, KritiKal is able to benefit from market intelligence solutions, and directories for communities, members, discussion boards, and events as well.
Microchip
KritiKal and Microchip have partnered together for integrating high performance controllers utilized in the development of various embedded systems. The partnership focuses on generating demand in hardware-led deals via Microchip webinars and pre-qualified development board engagements. Microchip is a manufacturing girant functional across verticals such as aerospace and defense, automotive and transportation, communications infrastructure, consumer, data centers and computing, industrial IoT solutions, medical, and sustainability technologies. It showcases expertise in reference designing of evaluation boards, configuring, debugging, and developing tool ecosystems for FPGAs, SoCs, MCUs, MPUs, etc.
