QA Engineer – Process & Documentation Quality

Location: Gurugram | Experience: 2-6 Years | Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma/B.Sc./B.Com with Quality, Documentation, or QMS experience.

We are looking for a QA Engineer – Process & Documentation Quality to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation standards. The role focuses on document control, audits, traceability, process compliance, CAPA management, and quality reporting across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review quality documents including SOPs, MCPs, QAPs, BOMs, ECNs/ECRs, and revision-controlled records. [
• Ensure manufacturing and engineering processes comply with approved documentation and QMS requirements. [
• Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and drive closure of audit findings.
• Maintain product traceability, calibration records, inspection reports, and quality archives.
• Track CAPA, NCRs, Root Cause Analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare customer documentation, FAT dossiers, CoCs, quality MIS, and management reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Suppliers, and Customers for quality compliance.
