CNC CAM Programmer

Role: CNC CAM Programmer
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: WFO
Experience: 5-12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, simulate, and optimize CNC programs using HyperMILL, Mastercam, and Siemens NX CAM.
• Program and support 5-axis and 7-axis CNC milling, turning, and mill-turn operations.
• Design cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding solutions for precision components.
• Develop and troubleshoot post-processors for Fanuc, Mazatrol, and CELOS controllers.
• Perform toolpath simulation, collision detection, machine prove-outs, and process validation.
• Optimize machining cycle times, tooling costs, productivity, and quality.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on expertise in HyperMILL.
• Advanced multi-axis CNC programming and GDamp;T knowledge.
• Experience in post-processor customization, NC-code validation, and CAM automation.
• Knowledge of machining strategies, close-tolerance components, and superalloys.
• Experience in medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
• Exposure to GMP, on-machine probing, and Industry 4.0 is an added advantage.
