PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL (PPC)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana | Experience: 3-8 Years | Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer to manage production schedules, material planning, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery for Defence & Aerospace manufacturing programs. The role involves close coordination with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Stores teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production plans based on customer orders, priorities, and manufacturing capacity.
• Track material availability, WIP, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Production, SCM, Quality, Engineering, and Stores teams to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
• Support capacity planning, resource utilization, production reporting, and MIS preparation.
• Improve planning efficiency, workflow optimization, and on-time delivery performance.

Required Skills

• Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within Defence, Aerospace, Electronics, Avionics, or Engineering Manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Production Scheduling, Material Planning, Capacity Planning, and WIP Management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP Systems, Production Reporting, and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production priorities and delivery timelines.
