Senior Hardware Design Engineer – Defence & Aerospace

Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 5+ Years | Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/ME in Electronics, E&C or Telecommunications Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to design and develop mission-critical electronic systems for Defence, Aerospace, and Military applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of hardware architecture, circuit design, PCB development, testing, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-reliability electronics hardware and embedded systems.
• Define hardware architecture, component selection, power budgeting, and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Create schematics, BOMs, PCB documentation, and assembly drawings.
• Perform circuit simulation, signal integrity, power integrity, and derating analysis.
• Review PCB layouts, Gerber files, and support fabrication activities.
• Develop and execute hardware validation, integration, and prototype testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust defence solutions.
