Responsibilities:
- Set up Technical process of Artefacts Development for Team Members
- Review Artefacts Developed by Team members for Completeness and Correctness/ Test Coverage
- Prioritize and Resolve Technical problems
- Create Bidirectional traceability document
- Do Work Break Down and Task estimations
- Train Team Members on Technical process and Problem Solving
- Transfer customer specifications/system requirements to software requirements for low complex functions
- Enter Quality Metrics from reviews
- Ensures customer defects are resolved on time
- Build project plans and project schedule; assigns tasks to discipline teams
- Tracks, monitors and reports project progress; Gathers, analyses and reports selected indicators from the different disciplines of the project
- Establishes and maintains project engineering risks management activity
- Manages customer and inter-disciplines progress meetings and actions list
- Responsible for customer delivery (delivery process): Makes the decision to deliver the customer
- Responsible for the project quality goals achievement (tracks and monitors quality status ofthe project)
Required Skills :
- Hands on Experience in Vector Stack – preferable Autosar Diagnostics
- Hands on experinace on NXP S32K. Microcontroller
- Hands on debugging skills using Vector tools like CANoe/CANlyzer etc,
- Hands on experience in AUTOSAR Integration and configuration ,Using BSW modules like
- OS/RTE/CAN/COM/NVM using Davinci – DCM, DEM, FiM and DET.
- Core Understanding of AUTOSAR Architecture.
- Hands-on MCAL driver development and Integration.
